• LISD Summer Day Camp

    Week 5 (July 1-3 ** Closed Thursday, July 4 & Friday, July 5) is the only week available at Bluebonnet, Wellington, Homestead and Memorial.

    LISD Summer Day Camp is a state-licensed summer care program designed especially for LISD school children. Our camp will give kids a fun-filled option for June and July that includes stimulating activities and quality supervision while parents are at work. Activities include arts and crafts, unique clubs, weekly trips to the pool, games, parties, and trips to fun destinations like Nickelmania and AMC!

    2024 Registration: (Space is limited; a list of full/closed weeks is posted at the top of the page)   

    • Wednesday, February 21: Registration opens for current and waitlist ESD families online at 10 a.m. Log in to your Eleyo account to register.
    • Wednesday, April 10, 2024 - Registration opens to the public online at 10:00 AM. 

    Locations: (80 students per location)    

    • Bluebonnet Elementary, 2000 Spinks Road, Flower Mound, TX 75028 
    • Homestead Elementary, 1830 E Branch Hollow Dr, Carrollton, TX 75007 
    • Memorial Elementary, 1001 Josey Lane, Carrollton, TX 75010
    • Wellington Elementary, 3900 Kenwood Dr, Flower Mound, TX 75022   

    Ages: Students must be entering grades 1 through 6 as of August 2024.

    Program Dates/Hours: Camp is open daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM                                   

    • Week 1: June 3-7
    • Week 2: June 10-14
    • Week 3: June 17-21* Closed Wednesday, June 19.
    • Week 4: June 24 - 28
    • Week 5: July 1-3 ** Closed Thursday, July 4 & Friday, July 5.
    • Week 6: July 8-12 

    Cost: $210/weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 6. Week 5 is $185.

    It includes hot lunch, morning and afternoon snacks and drinks, field trips, guest speakers, and a camp t-shirt.

    Reservation fee: $75.00 per week; a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your child’s space. The reservation fee will count towards your $210 payment, Week 5, $185. Once the accounting clerk accepts your contract, payment of the total registration fees ($75.00 per week you reserve) must be made within 24 hours. If we do not receive your reservation fees within 24 hours of being billed, your registration will be canceled.

    Weekly Payments: The remaining $135 weekly balance will be invoiced at the time of registration and will be auto-drafted on the dates listed below. Week 5 will have a remainder of $110. 

    Payment Due Dates and Auto-Draft Dates:

    • Week 1: May 28
    • Week 2: June 4
    • Week 3: June 11
    • Week 4: June 18
    • Week 5: June 25
    • Week 6: July 2

    Cancelations: To cancel a reserved week, please email SummerDayCamp@lisd.net no later than noon, according to the cancelation deadlines listed below. 

    Cancelation Deadlines:

    • Week 1: May 23 
    • Week 2: May 30
    • Week 3: June 6
    • Week 4: June 13
    • Week 5: June 20
    • Week 6: June 27

    Refunds: All refunds will be processed at the conclusion of camp and are subject to a $25 cancelation fee.

  • Ready to Register?

    1. Log into your Eleyo account or create an account at https://lisd.ce.eleyo.com/  

    From your desktop

    1. Click on “Manage Your Online Account” towards the bottom of the page.

    1. Then, under “Enroll in,” select “Summer Day Camp.”

    From your phone

    • Click on the compass icon shown here  

    • Then click “Explore Programs.”

    • Then, select the Summer Day Camp icon.

    Next, click Enroll Now.

    1. Select an existing child. Then click “Start Registering”.

    2. Verify your contacts/pickups and continue.

    3. Then, choose a location and continue.

    4. Review and click “I have read and agree with the terms and conditions.” Then click continue.

    5. Next, select the checkbox for each week you want to enroll in.

    6. Then click “Complete Schedule Setup and Continue”.

    7.  Answer the registration questions and continue.

    8.  Next, add or select a payment method.

    9.  Finally, click “Complete Registration”. To register another child, click Sign up another child. Repeat steps 4-12 above.

    Please note: Eleyo will send you an automated “Pending Contract Request” email. This means that your registration has been submitted and provides you with a copy of your registration.


    Final Email Confirmation: This may take several days to process. You will either receive an email confirming your registration has been accepted, or the program is full.
