The 10th annual Guru Vandana hosted by the Dallas chapter of Hindu Education Foundation (a project of Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh USA) is set to be held on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Lewisville High School Harmon 9th and 10th Grade Campus in Lewisville, Texas. In 2019, nearly 100 teachers and 35 students and their families mostly from Lewisville ISD schools attended the event, which was a celebration of teachers by students in a Hindu way. It is held in May to go along with Teacher Appreciation Month. Guru Vandana also includes a cultural program, peek into Hindu culture and traditions and Indian food.
