The transition students make from middle school to high school can prove to be very daunting. There are many new challenges and demands in high school. However, this is also an exciting time for your child to develop new skills and grow more independent.

Every child has challenges and strengths that affect the ability to transition. Many of the factors that make the move to high school difficult are the same for all children, whether or not they have a disability.
