LISD has a partnership with IonWave, an Online Supplier Registration and web-based eProcurement service.  Prospective vendors are encouraged to register their companies on the LISD Bids and Contracts System.  Registration is not required to access the bid documents.  If you wish to respond electronically, registration will be necessary.
