Bond projects are chosen by evaluation using the Facilities Assessment document. Age is one of the main criteria, but other considerations include relevant work order history and evaluation by the facilities team. The projects are then prioritized for start and completion based on these evaluation scores.
All timelines are subject to change due to various factors such as material availability, vendor timelines, efforts to avoid campus disruption, etc.
