Serving 49,000 students and 6,500 staff members, Lewisville ISD is home to a rich tapestry of cultures, ethnicities and backgrounds. LISD is proud to join our community in celebrating the heritage that makes us one of North Texas' most diverse school districts.

With this site, LISD strives to recognize celebrations of heritage within our district, share the lived experiences of those in our communities and provide resources for students and families to engage with in order to provide a deeper understanding of the cultures around them.
