LEWISVILLE ISD REQUIRES THAT ALL FACILITY RENTAL PARTICIPANTS AND SPECTATORS FOLLOW ALL STATE AND LOCAL REQUIREMENTS REGARDING COVID-19.
To submit an online rental request, new users must first register to become a Community Use Organization Event Coordinator (OEC) for the renting organization. A video tutorial, printable tutorial guide and the registration link are provided below:

Once approved as an OEC, an email will be sent to the email address provided during registration. This email will provide a link to the Community Use rental request system.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER SUBMITTING A RENTAL REQUEST
Applicants will receive an auto-generated email notifying the applicant that the request has been routed to the campus’s contact for rentals. The applicant may be contacted to provide more details regarding the rental request.
If the campus is unable to accommodate the rental request, the application will be declined, and the applicant will receive an email notification.
If the campus staff determines that they can accommodate the request, the application will be routed to Facility Services for final approval. At this time, the LISD Rental Coordinator will contact the applicant via email and provide an estimate of the charges. If the applicant accepts the estimate, an invoice will be generated and emailed to the applicant along with a request for the required Certificate of Insurance. Please note that the payment and Certificate of Insurance are due 20 days prior to the rental.
When the payment and insurance certificate have been received by LISD, the event will be approved and activated online, and the applicant will receive a system-generated email notification showing that the request is approved and active. Approved users of the online rental request system may want to be sure and allow emails from School Dude Message Center (email@example.com) to assure they receive all system-generated notifications.
