Why STEM?

Between 2017 and 2029, the number of STEM jobs will grow 8 percent, a higher rate than non-STEM jobs—with positions in computing, engineering, and advanced manufacturing leading the way. (Via US Department of Labor, January 2021)

The US Bureau of Labor predicts 15% growth across the healthcare profession by 2029. STEM infuses virtually all aspects of the healthcare industry.
