• Audio/Video Production will train students to work in a professional, high-definition TV studio taking on roles from director, audio engineer, talk show host, and more. The course will train students to work with video cameras outside the studio, as well as video editing. Projects outside the studio include news packages, commercials and music videos.

There are no required courses students should take prior to enrolling in Audio/Video Production, however, Introduction to AAVTC is a recommendation. Courses in multimedia, theater and journalism are also useful.

For students interested in furthering their Audio/Video Production careers, Audio/Video Production II and Practicum in Audio/Video Production are also available.
