• Program Overview
LISD Key Communicators is a program that provides participants with a comprehensive overview and understanding of Lewisville ISD. This series of learning is designed to inform, engage, and empower you as a Key Communicator to advocate for LISD’s students and staff.

Throughout the school year, LISD Key Communicators will learn more about the inner workings and the great things happening across the district, be invited to volunteer on committees and called upon to promote the LISD brand through the Three C’s - Communication, Connection and Culture.

    Program Schedule
Throughout the school year, LISD's Key Communicators will attend five sessions, culminating in the recognition at the May 13, 2024 Board Meeting. To receive the full benefit of this program, Key Communicators are expected to actively engage in the majority of the sessions. Who Should Apply to be a Key Communicator?
LISD community members, parents, PTA members, faith-based organizations, nonprofit partners, and LISD area businesses, to name a few, are encouraged to consider applying. Lewisville ISD employees are not eligible to apply.

There has never been a more important time in our district’s history for us to rise together as ONE LISD to ensure accurate and transparent communication occurs between our district and all our stakeholders. It is our hope to build a strong group of Key Communicators from across our 127-square mile district to achieve that goal, and it will take all of us to make sure that happens.

Enrollment is limited due to space and structure of the learning.
