About me:  Hello.  This is my 26th year at Lewisville High School.  Before becoming a teacher, I was a Group Health Insurance Underwriter and then a Marketing Representative.  I am a fifth generation Native Texan.  I was born and raised in Bonham, Texas up near the Red River and graduated from Bonham High School in 1981.  I have a bachelor's degree from Austin College in 1985 and a Masters degree in Education from TWU in 2002.  I worked a lot of years in between before I became a teacher.

I've been a resident of this area since 1993 and a member of Trietsch UMC for about the same amount of time.  I play bass guitar for Cross Timbers, a Bluegrass Gospel band.  You might see us or hear us in the area.  Besides exercising, I also enjoy fixing things, working on cars, and old movies and building things with wood.  I have gotten to an age where I enjoy "puttering" in my garage workshop, something I never thought I'd enjoy, but I DO!  I also enjoy reading and have two adult male labs with a lot of energy who love to play.

I enjoy walking my dog(s) and running/aerobics, etc.  I've gotten to an age where I have to work harder on managing weight and staying healthy.  Speaking of which, I like to cook (and eat).

My wife Carol is an employee of the district and works at Marcus High School (yeah, I know...).  Both kids graduated from LISD schools and have completed college, then graduate school and have gone off to have their own careers.  My daughter is married.  No grandkids, but I do have a lot of grand-puppies.  My son is an Army Investigator and just got home from being in Kuwait.  It's great having him back home, or at least back in Texas.

I have taught a range of subjects since I've been here, but Math Models is my current gig and I actually love it.  I hope your kids will catch my enthusiasm.

Here is my Schedule:

1st Period:  Miss Hull Math Models  F307

2nd Period: Conference period D218
