I'm a second-generation Fighting Farmer, and I attended all LISD schools. In 2012, I began my teaching and high-school coaching career at Killough (volleyball and softball), and I fell in love with this place all over again. I didn't want to be anywhere because I know what it is to be a student in this district. The best thing I can do for my community is to invest in it the way it has invested in me. In 2018, I left LISD to open Memorial High School in Frisco. It was an incredibly formative experience, and we had great success the last two years, even during the COVID year.
As a student at Lewisville, I played volleyball, basketball, and softball. I went on to play college softball at Colgate University (where I was also able to study abroad - twice). It was four of the greatest years of my life and full of immense growth opportunities. I encourage all my students to leave Texas after high school (if they are able). The world is too big and too beautiful - as are its people - not to experience it.
I'm currently housed at LHS Killough in the softball office. If you have questions about the softball program, feel free to email me.
Looking forward to putting my mark on Farmer Softball (again).
