My name is Cindy Heying and I am excited to be back at LHS, where I first taught in 1994. I grew up in South Louisiana, but my husband is a UNT alum and we have family nearby. We also have a daughter at LSU, a son at UL Lafayette, and a 15 year-old in High School. A Dachshund mix and a Lab mix round out our family.

I love walking, traveling, trying out creative activities, and sharing new educational experiences with my students.
