My name is Ashley Sexton, and I am one of the Educational Diagnosticians at LHS!  

I grew up in Midland, Texas, where I began my career as a Speech and Drama teacher.  I then made the transition to special education as a Life Skills teacher, and continued that path for 5 years, teaching in Midland, then moving on to Denton.  I received my undergraduate degree in Electronic Media and Communications with a minor in Theatre and Dance at Texas Tech University and I obtained my Masters in Special Education and the University of North Texas!

In my free time, I play competitive slow pitch softball all around the metroplex and love to be active, but also happy to cuddle with my 2 cats and watch Netflix.  I'm obsessed with all things Disney and Harry Potter!

I'm so excited to start by 6th year as a diagnostician in LISD and I'm PROUD to be a FARMER!
