Vaccination Clinic Information

  • On behalf of the District, Passport Health/Staying Healthy Medical Services will be providing Vaccination Clinics beginning September 20th and finishing up October 1st.  The flu injection is FREE to all employees, substitutes and student teachers. LISD will pay for your flu vaccination if you do not have one of the insurance providers listed.

The Moderna COVID-19 vaccine will be available for participants age 18 and up. This can be given as dose 1, 2 or 3 as long as it has been at least 28 days between doses.  All doses must be with the same vaccine. This year we have added the COVID vaccine with a booster date set for 10/28 or 10/29 at either the Administration Building or TECC - East.   Bring your previous cards if you want the new dose recorded on it.

COVID vaccines will not be given at the same time as either Shingrix or Pneumonia as each have their own rate of local reactions.

Passport Health/Staying Healthy Medical Services will also be offering other preventive vaccines at no cost for those employees and their families on one of the insurance providers listed.

This is a great opportunity to conveniently receive these vaccinations without a trip to your doctor’s office.  Only the vaccinations listed are being offered.
