Absences during this time-frame are accounted for on this check. For example, if there is an absence on 9/10/19 for a monthly employee getting paid on the 20th, it will be reflected on the October paycheck.
- This is the last day Hardship or Sick Leave Bank days can be awarded for the paycheck. Any leave award information received after this date will be reflected on the next paycheck.
- This is the last day any premium changes can be made for benefit status changes. If the required proof for your status change is not received by this date, the premium changes will be reflected on the next paycheck.
