Hi!  I am Muriel Eby, also known as Coach Eby!   I am a wife and mom of three boys, four dogs, and two cats. I grew up in Duncanville and Irving, Texas.  I was a gymnast most of my youth.  In high school, I did gymnastics, spring diving and swimming.  In addition, I taught swim lessons and gymnastic lessons over the years.   I graduated from UNT with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.   I taught 21 years as an Elementary P.E. Teacher in LISD.  This is my first year as a Virtual Academy PE/ Health Teacher.  I am a Certified Life Coach.

You will find me at my boys' football games, sporting events, outside in nature, working out at home these days, and hanging out with friends and family. 

I enjoy the connections and challenges that teaching yields, and embrace each day and semester as an incredible learning  opportunity.
