Ken Lane has been in education for 25 years with 21 of those years being in Lewisville ISD.  During that time, he has taught social studies, and coached boys athletics, and coached UIL competition.  

He joined VLA in 2008 serving as an adjunct teacher teaching U.S. Government, U.S. History, World Geography, Economics, and Foundations of Personal Fitness. In 2015, he came to VLA full time. He has worked to increase the course options to students by bringing on AP U.S. History and AP Government and Politics. He is committed to providing a challenging curriculum while individualizing the learning process for his students.

Interests: During down time, Mr. Lane likes to travel and spend time with his three dogs.
