Country Girl that happened to be born in the city!  I am a proud product of LISD and ACMS!  I graduated from The Colony High School in 1999 and then on to Texas A&M where I earned a degree in Agricultural Development.  I came back to ACMS in 2007 after attending 8th grade here, long ago, to teach 6th grade Contemporary World.  Time has flown by!  I am also a sponsor for FCA (Fellowship of Student Athletes (Anybodies).  Leadworthy (Teen Leadership) is another passion that I am so excited to share with my ACMS 6th graders!

I am married to a DFD fireman and we have two beautiful daughters, Kalli & Katie.

We love to travel as a family and they have been all over the world with us.  

I love all animals, Starbucks and my favorite color is blue.  We are a pet family and have owned and loved on various kinds over the years; goats, horses, sheep, chickens, snakes, lizards, dog, hamsters, guinea pig.  The newest addition is the hairless cat, Knoxy.  

I am really looking forward to this year and all that we have planned.  Traveling and experiencing life outside the U.S. is fascinating and humbling.
