Mrs. Sarah Ayoub started teaching in 2013 as the assistant band director at Arbor Creek Middle School. Her responsibilities include directing the Symphonic Band, assisting with the Honors Band & Jazz Band, and teaching all of the beginner brass classes. The ACMS Symphonic Band is a consistent UIL Sweepstakes winner, received the Grand Champion award at the 2019 Beach Within Reach Festival, Runner-Up Grand Champion award at the 2022 Festival of Distinction, and was named a 2016 Citation of Excellence winner.


         A native of Plano, TX, Mrs. Ayoub graduated from Plano East Senior High School and her primary instrument is the euphonium. She received her Bachelor of Music Education from Baylor University and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While at Baylor, Mrs. Ayoub was a very dedicated member of the Golden Wave Marching Band and served as a drum major her senior year. She currently plays euphonium with the Carrollton Wind Symphony and has been a member since fall 2013. The group was performing ensemble at the 2015 Texas Bandmasters Association convention in San Antonio, TX, and the 2018 Midwest Clinic in Chicago, IL. 

     Her professional affiliations include the Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Bandmasters Association, and Mu Phi Epsilon. She is a proud supporter of the Hebron Band and loves working in the ACMS community. She got married in June 2018 and her husband, Kyle Ayoub, is a band director at Flower Mound High School. They live in Flower Mound with their two dogs, Kona and Moka. Mrs. Ayoub enjoys coffee, vegan cooking, kayaking, dog walking, and listening to podcasts.
