Hello! My name is Landri Pool, and I will be teaching for the second year at  Donald Elementary as part of the 4th grade team. 

I have lived in Flower Mound my entire life!  I am a former FMHS Jag, McKamy Knight and Liberty Eagle, so my love for LISD is strong. University of North Texas has been my home for the past four years where I graduated in 2022.  Go Mean Green!

I am a daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, dog lover  and my newest, and most favorite title teacher. My mom is a  teacher and has taught for 30 years with 25 years in 4th grade, so let’s just say I am going to feel right at home.  My brother will be a freshman at Texas Tech, and I can’t wait to enjoy his upcoming fun year. My dad is a nurse, so he helps keep us all going.  Stella is my precious, but hot mess Boxer. We are a close family, so I know I have a great support system.

My favorite things to do in my spare time are reading, shopping, two-stepping and spending time with family and friends.  I have a little side job that has me working a photo booth inside a vintage RV at my aunt’s wedding venue.  It is so fun to spend time with people on the best day of their lives!

Starting  this new chapter in my life is something I have dreamed about since I was a little girl.  I can’t wait to meet my students and families, and hope that I can be the teacher that every student dreams of.  I look forward to a fun and memorable year!  Go Dolphins!
