Hello Parkway Families!

I am so excited to be returning this school year. I was born and raised in Lewisville ISD schools all of my years, so it is truly an honor to be teaching in this amazing district! I graduated from the University of North Texas with an Early Childhood Education degree.

This is my eighth year teaching, and I could not ask to be in a better profession. This year I have the pleasure of teaching math to the amazing 5th graders!  It is my goal to meet the needs of all learners in our community. I firmly believe that the partnership between school and parents is crucial to the success of our students.

On a more personal note, I am a pet lover and the proud owner of two adorable dogs- Phoebe and Joey (yes... we love the TV show Friends!). I also enjoy traveling with my husband, Tony. We welcomed our first son, Lucas, in June. He is everything and more; the perfect addition to our family!  Our favorite place to visit is Park City, Utah to ski in the winter. You can find me reading a book, preferably on a beach, during the summer.
