The NCAA Eligibility Center is a national database registry for high school athletes that plan to participate in collegiate athletics.

ACT/SAT Score Reports

• Select NCAA Clearinghouse as one of the institutions to receive a score report when you take your ACT/SAT. 
• You get four free score reports to colleges; make NCAA Clearinghouse one of the four. Code is 9999.
• If not, you will have to contact ACT or SAT and order an additional score report to be sent to the Eligibility Center.
• Your Eligibility file is not complete without a high school transcript and an ACT/SAT score report, sent directly from the testing agency.
• Scores from a label on a transcript or from a student copy of score results are not accepted.
