    Tryout Paperwork: (Forms 1-5 are required to tryout! 1-3 are digital, form 4 should be printed and completed and form 5 should be printed and filled out by a doctor prior to the first clinic date! ONLY fill out 6 if you are a senior that plans to graduate early, and you have already discussed this with the coaches! *If the signature part on the Cheer Tryout Parent Permission form is not working on a phone, try it on an IPad or laptop.

    Mandatory Tryout Evaluations- 3/3, 3/4 and 3/5 (3/3 and 3/4 will be from 4:30-6:30 and 3/5 will depend on which team you are trying out for)

    Mandatory Uniform Fittings- 3/17 and 3/19 (both dates are mandatory)

    Mandatory After Tryout Parent Meeting- 3/17 @6:30 in the TCHS Library (enter through the front main entrance of the school)

    Payment deadlines: 3/17- $350, 4/21- $350 and 5/14- Final payment (will differ with each team member). We will offer fundraising options at the After tryout parent meeting to help with the last two payment dates.
