Summer workout explanation letter
2024 Summer Workout program with high school coaches Female athlete's workout 8:00-9:00 AM and male (non-football athletes) workout 9:45-10:45. If you participate in these workouts, you will not have to send in weekly videos/photos for 6-10. You only have to take a selfie with a coach that shows the time and date in the photo.
