Hello! My name is Michelle Shields. I teach English Language Arts Resource. I have been at Huffines since 2018. Previously, I taught at Valley View High School for two years, then worked as a Preschool Teacher at a Daycare, and after that I worked at Lake Dallas Middle School. I have my Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of North Texas. I also completed the Teaching Certification Program at UNT. I am married and have a 20-year-old son and an 12 year old daughter. I am also the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Leader. I absolutely love being part of the Husky Family!
