Alexandra Lucas
Hello Huskies! My name is Alexandra Lucas, and I am thrilled to be your science teacher this year! I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in 2013 (WHOOP!). I have been working at Huffines since 2014. I absolutely love teaching and truly enjoy sharing my passion for science with my students. My goals are for my students to demonstrate critical thinking, a deep knowledge of content, and a true understanding of the scientific process. My classes are inquiry based and encourage creativity and curiosity.
Along with teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, hiking, traveling, and gardening.
