Hello! My name is David Tomich and I have been a math teacher since 2019. I started in Dallas ISD in 2019, and since January 2022 I have been at Huffines. I am extremely proud to call myself a Huffines Husky! I was also the recipient of the Huffines Educator of the Year Award for 2022-23 through the Communities in Schools of North Texas program. Ever since I was a child I have had a passion for educating and mentoring, so I decided to become a teacher. I graduated from UT Arlington in 2015- Go Mavs! I am a big sports fan, especially of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Dallas Stars. In my free time, I like to play golf, play video games, and enjoy spending time with friends and family. I will always bring forward a positive attitude and bring that high energy into the classroom while teaching the students why Math is a vital part of education! You can't hide that Husky Pride!!!
