Huffines Middle School

Overview: Circle of Friends (COF) is an exciting school-sponsored club available to students at Huffines. This club provides students receiving special education services with the opportunity to gain meaningful friendships and positive peer interactions.

Our goal for the COF group will be to help educate and eliminate fear and misunderstandings and create a lasting and meaningful friendship. Through positive mentor relationships with other students, Circle of Friends encourages our students receiving Special Education services to become more involved in middle school activities, increasing overall sociability; mentors gain understanding, acceptance and the importance of everyone having friendships in social surroundings. We are very pleased to offer this wonderful club at HFMS!

Lunch Buddies: Lunch Buddies is where our Circle of Friends members will spend their lunch playing games and handing out with our Circle of Friends kids! It's every Tuesday during all lunches!
