In order to withdraw your student, you will need to do the following:
- The student’s legal guardian must contact the registrar with student’s last day of attendance at Harmon. This will allow us time to get all student records ready for signing and pick up.
- Turn in any school property checked out to the student. This includes – but is not limited to - library books, textbooks, iPad and accessories (cases, chargers and cords), sports equipment, choir dresses, ROTC uniforms, and band equipment.
- The legal guardian documented on the student record in LISD must physically be present to sign the withdrawal form. At that time, we will make copies of records that you will need to proceed with enrollment at the new school.
