Hi, I am so excited to be teaching your students about the wonders of the natural world!  LHS Harmon is a great place for learning and I feel fortunate to be here at a campus with so many dedicated and creative colleagues.  I love Biology and I hope to share the amazement and joy I find in it with your children this year.

My degree is in Exercise Physiology from UC Davis (I am originally from California) and I received my teaching credential from San Jose State University. 

I started in LISD at Hedrick Middle School, then have followed the freshman campus from its original home at the old Milliken Campus to Killough and then here to Harmon, so it has been an amazing journey.  I teach both AP and ESL Biology, so I see quite a range of student abilities, and I find they always have something to teach me.  

I have always loved learning, and that is the great thing about teaching - I still get to learn and try new things every single day!  I hope the journey with your child this year will be a great adventure of learning for them as well :)
