I was raised in Minnesota and attended college at University of Wisconsin @ River Falls.  After earning my degree in Elementary Education, I later earned masters degree at University of Phoenix @ Dallas in 2003 in Organizational Management.
 
In 1997 I accepted my first teaching position in California.  I moved to Texas in 1999 and taught 2nd, 4th and 5th grades in LISD before teaching 3rd grade here at FME. I have been at FME since 2007 and absolutely love 3rd grade!

I love cats- I have a little boy cat named Tucker! I recently adopted 2 Bengal kittens! Wow they are a lot of work!
