Hi, my name is Emily Valdez and I am so excited to be a part of FME this school year! I taught for 10 years in Grand Prairie and started here at FME last year. My husband Joe and I live in Argyle. I have two kids of my own, Peyton is in 3rd grade here at FME and Piper is in 1st grade here as well! I also have two step daughters, Gracie is 8 and Mia is 5. They spend most weekend with us. We love to spend time together cooking out and swimming when it is warm outside. 

I love to teach and to incorporate games and fun into learning. My most favorite part of teaching though is getting to know your precious children. Thank you for sharing them with me!
