Mrs. Banks has worked for LISD for 24 years, but this will Mrs. Banks first year at TCE! She has worked at Stewarts Creek Elementary, Lakeview Middle School and Briarhill Middle School. She is super excited about becoming a Timber Creek Tiger!

Mrs. Banks grew up in Copper Canyon where her parents still live. She attended Milliken MS and Marcus HS.

Mrs. Banks has an amazing family! She is married to her husband, Craig, who works for Bell Helicopter. Her daugther, Lauren, works at UNT as the Director of Events and Stewardship; she is also Mommy to Ms. Banks' first precious grandchild, Bailee Louise. Ms. Banks also has identical twin sons: Michael works at Paycom as Senior Software Developer and Andrew works for Texas Instruments as an Embedded Software Engineer. Ms. Banks is also blessed to have extended her family through her children's marriages; she is a proud mother-in-law to Mitchell and Andrea. 

When not loving on her family, Ms. Banks enjoys loving on her pets! She has 4 pets: 1 dog named Gavvi and 3 cats named Fletcher, Franklin and Colleen.

In her free time, Ms. Banks loves anything outdoors. She loves to camp, hike, kayak, and paddleboard. She loves Bass fishing and has competed in many Bass tournaments. She loves to go rock hunting and search for fossils of any kind. Her family loves vacations to the beach and any camping trip, but one of her favorite spots is West Texas. Above all, her all time favorite thing to do is to simply spend time with her amazing family.
