Mrs. Penny Woods is beginning her 25th year as a diagnostician and her fifth year at Timber Creek Elementary.  

Mrs. Woods attended Baylor University where she obtained a Bachelor’s in Education and her special education certification, as well as a Master’s in Education.  She has worked as a special education teacher, behavior specialist, and educational diagnostician in the public school as well as private practice.  

Mrs. Woods has lived in Highland Village for 17 years and has two children who have attended schools in the Marcus feeder pattern.  She has been married for 26 years.  She is excited to begin another year at Timber Creek Elementary!
