Mrs. Jacobs has been in Special Education in LISD for 12 years. Her previous position was a paraprofessional in the Behavior Intervention Classroom at Old Settlers Elementary and Prairie Trail Elementary. After completing her degree and certification she is very excited to join the Timber Creek Tiger family as part of the SDI team.

Mrs. Jacobs moved to Texas 16 years ago from Nashville, Tn with her husband and 2 boys. She enjoys spending her free time cooking, listening to live music and jet skiing during those hot Texas days.
