Welcome to my informational page.  My name is Holly Witter: I have been teaching English & Reading in 8th, 9th, and 10th grades for many years.  I have experience teaching in the Rio Grande Valley at Mary Hoge Academy, Irving Nimitz High School, Springfield Middle School in Battle Creek, Michigan, Lamar Middle School in LISD, and have now joined the LHS Harmon family.  I am delighted to join the English department so I can help students improve both their reading and writing skills throughout high school and beyond.

I earned by bachelor's degree in Education at Bethany College in Bethany, WV  in 1991 and my Master's degree in Educational Administration at the University of North Texas in 2002.  Working with students is a passion of mine and I absolutely love being a teacher.  I enjoy partnering with students and parents in order to get the best educational outcome for students.  Feel free to contact me at any time.
