Hello! My name is Rebekah Jeong, and I am the Music Specialist at Ethridge Elementary!

I was born in Austria, Vienna, then moved and grew up in Plano, Texas, all the way until High School. I graduated with my BS in Music Education with a Vocal Emphasis in 2018 at Southern Nazarene University.

I have been teaching since 2018 at Ethridge, and I’m so excited to continue to teach and connect with students through music! Learning and playing with my students is my favorite thing!

In my spare time, you’ll find me writing music, recording music, and singing in and attending concerts. If not, you might find me at a gym trying to keep myself healthy and strong! I also enjoy watching basketball and being outdoors in nature! I believe doing things that you love and investing in hobbies and interests brings enrichment into life, and I plan to make music a part of enriching the lives of the students at Ethridge!
