Hello! My name is Rebekah Jeong and I am the Music Specialist at Ethridge Elementary!

I was born in Austria, Vienna then moved and grew up in Plano, Texas all the way until High School. I graduated with my BS in Music Education with a Vocal Emphasis in 2018 at Southern Nazarene University.

I am very excited to begin my career as a music educator at Ethridge Elementary! This is my very first year teaching and I am looking forward to the years ahead at Ethridge. Teaching and connecting with students through music is my dream come true and I strive for excellence and fun in my classroom!

In my spare time, you’ll find me writing music, recording music, and singing in and attending concerts. I also enjoy watching basketball and being outdoors in nature! I believe doing things that you love and investing in hobbies and interests brings enrichment in life and I plan to make music a part of enriching the lives of the students at Ethridge!
