LISD has been my home since the 6th grade. I attended Downing Middle School and then graduated from Marcus High School. During my high school years I was an active member of the softball team. My passion for the sport later helped me decide to attend the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) to pursue my degree in Education. I also played softball, coached, and became a Peer Advisor/RA for my campus. Whoosh! I am originally from up north and travel up every year to visit family. My students will hear many stories from my time spent up there. I am a proud mom to a yellow lab named Teal. She will make her way around the Vickery soccer fields chasing frisbees, soccer balls, and softballs. I am so excited to be a part of  Vickery and I can not wait to see what this school year brings us! Go house Draco!

LISD ha sido mi hogar desde el 6 ° grado. Asistí a Downing Middle School y luego me gradué de Marcus High School. Durante mis años de escuela secundaria, fui un miembro activo del equipo de softball. Mi pasión por el deporte más tarde me ayudó a decidir asistir a la Universidad de Texas en Dallas (UTD) para obtener mi título en Educación. También jugué softball, entrené, y me convertí en una consejera para mi campus. ¡Whoosh! Soy originaria del norte y viajo cada año para visitar a mi familia. Mis alumnos escucharán muchas historias de mi tiempo allí. Soy una madre orgullosa de un perro labrador color amarillo llamado Teal. Ella hará su camino alrededor de los campos de fútbol de Vickery persiguiendo frisbees, balones de fútbol y pelotas de béisbol. Estoy muy emocionada de comenzar mi tiempo aquí en Vickery y no puedo esperar para ver lo que nos trae este año escolar. Vamos Casa Draco!
