I am so excited to be a part of the Vickery Voyager family! I am originally from a small town in Kentucky, where most of my extended family still lives. My husband-Dirk and I are college sweethearts and have three wonderful children, two grandchildren and a cockapoo named Sugar. My favorite foods are pasta and seafood and my favorite pastimes are traveling to new places and spending time with family and friends. I began teaching Pre-K in the private sector and have since taught 1st - 4th graders in both monolingual and dual language settings. I am a beyond thrilled to serve as your Language Acquisition Specialist (LAS) and collaborate with you to ensure the success of our Voyagers!

¡Estoy muy emocionada de ser parte de la familia Vickery Voyager! Soy originaria de un pequeño pueblo en Kentucky, donde aún vive la mayor parte de mi familia extendida. Mi esposo Dirk y yo somos novios de la universidad y tenemos tres hijos maravillosos, dos nietos y un cockapoo llamado Sugar. Mis comidas favoritas son la pasta y los mariscos y mis pasatiempos favoritos son viajar a nuevos lugares y pasar tiempo con la familia y los amigos. Comencé a enseñar en preescolar en el sector privado y desde entonces he enseñado a estudiantes de 1.º a 4.º grado tanto en entornos monolingües como en dos idiomas. ¡Estoy más que emocionada de servir como su especialista en adquisición de idiomas (LAS) y colaborar con usted para garantizar el éxito de nuestros Voyagers!
