Hello! My name is Melany Emperatriz Ochoa and I am from Dallas, TX. I am a first generation college graduate and am really looking forward to starting my 1st year of teaching here at Vickery. I student taught here last semester and am so excited to be back. I strongly believe in providing a safe space and building relationships with my students in order to achieve academic success. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my cat, Syro, and trying new restaurants with my family. 

¡Hola! Mi nombre es Melany Emperatriz Ochoa y soy de Dallas, TX. Soy una graduada de la universidad de la primera generación y estoy emocionada de comenzar mi primer año de ser maestra en Vickery. Tuve la oportunidad de ser estudiante de enseñanza en esta escuela mi último semestre de universidad y estoy muy entusiasmada de volver. Creo firmemente en proporcionar un espacio seguro y construir relaciones con mis estudiantes para lograr el éxito académico. En mi tiempo libre me gusta pasar tiempo con mi gato, Syro, y probar nuevos restaurantes con mi familia.
