• New Student Registration Information

    Do you have child(ren) in LISD or was this child enrolled in a Pre-K program or have they ever received speech services through LISD?

    If you answered yes, please go to your Skyward Family Access account to complete online enrollment.  If you are not the Primary parent you will need to contact Vickery at 972-350-2306.

     
    If you answered no, your child's enrollment will need to be completed online at online enrollment. After opening the LISD page, you will locate the Parent tab.  Once clicked, that will produce a drop down menu, from there you will go to the tab for New Student Online Enrollment and follow the prompts.
     
    Once you complete your online registration, contact Evelyn Rubio at 972-350-2306 to schedule a time to bring in your required documents.

    DOCUMENTS TO BE BROUGHT TO THE CAMPUS TO REGISTER:

    • Child’s original birth certificate
    • Child’s Social Security card (if child has one)
    • Up-to-date immunization records
    • Guardian's proof of residence: current water, gas, or electricity bill, or lease showing utilities paid
    • Driver’s license of parent/legal guardian enrolling child
    • Current Report card (if coming from outside LISD)
