Hello! My name is Anna Cue and I was born and raised in Highland Village. Growing up in HV, I went to Heritage Elementary, Briarhill Middle School, and Marcus High School.I then earned my Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies along with my teaching degree at Texas A&M University. I had the privilege of completing my student teaching here at McAuliffe and have been here ever since!

I taught 2nd grade for 7 years before moving to 3rd grade. This is now my 9th year here at McA!

Growing up in Highland Village was more than a blessing for me. I am the youngest of five and my family means the world to me. We are very lucky to all be in Texas between the DFW and ATX areas. My husband, Brett, proposed in the summer of 2017 and we bought a house here in the Highland Village area, less than a mile away from both of our parents. We are overjoyed to be closer to what both of us have always known as home and to be able to plant our own roots in this amazing, special community. Brett (a former Highlander) and I got married in October 2018.

I absolutely love working with 2nd graders and feel so blessed to be a teacher, especially here at McAuliffe!
