Howdy! I'm Emily Evans. I am the fourth-grade writing and spelling teacher. I have been a parent or on staff/faculty here at McAuliffe for 15 years, and this is my fourth year teaching ELA in fourth grade. My husband Eddy and I are both Aggies (Whoop!) and live in Highland Village with our three daughters. Mary is a college junior, Abby is a senior at Marcus High School, and Sammy is a sophomore, also at Marcus. I love to read, garden, craft, write, play games with my family, and wrangle our many pets. I am so excited about this year because writing is one of my true passions! I hope to help my students discover what amazing writers they are, and build a deeper love of writing in them as well!
