Registration Information for Rising 9th Graders
Registration 2024-25
- Course requests are due in Skyward by Tuesday, January 30 at 10pm, and they must be entered through Student Access in Skyward, not Family Access.
- If a course is not listed on the course card, it is not available for freshmen.

We are so happy to have Ms. Chasity Lansdell, our Lead Counselor (students A-K), in our FM9 family! A graduate of Hooks High School, Stephen F. Austin State University, and Texas A&M-Texarkana, Ms. Lansdell brings 24 years of counseling and teaching experience to our counseling team. She is excited to build relationships with her students, their families, and her fellow staff members. Brene Brown states, “Connection is why we’re here; it is what gives purpose and meaning to our lives.” Ms. Lansdell’s priority is connecting with others and encouraging her students to do the same.

FM9 is proud to have Mrs. Kimberly Sartor in the Jag Family! A graduate of Abilene Cooper High School, Texas Tech University, and Texas A&M Commerce University, Mrs. Sartor brings 21 years of teaching and counseling experience to our campus. As counselor for students last names L-Z, she believes that “every kid is one caring adult away from a success story” (Josh Shipp). She is excited to build relationships with our FM9 students and staff. Mrs. Sartor shares, “I am most looking forward to being a part of our students’ paths to graduation and successes beyond the classroom.”
