My name is Rishia Phillips. I attended the University of North Texas and graduated in 2004. I taught first grade for two years and have been in third grade for 13 years now. I love teaching here at HVE! I am married and we have a son, Ian and a daughter, Ivy. I enjoy reading, watching movies, cross stitching, hanging with my dog Kermit and spending time with friends and family.
