Bluebonnet Elementary School

Hello! My name is Tina Chulick, RN, although everyone calls me Nurse Tina. I have been an R.N. since 1998. My background is in cardiac, chemotherapy, dialysis and school nursing. I am married with two children. My children attend LISD.  I have been at Bluebonnet Elementary School since 2014 and love working with our wonderful students and staff.

School nurses monitor required immunizations, mandated health screenings, and health trends on the campus. Communication with families is important so parents are asked to keep the Student Health & Emergency Information up to date in Skyward Family Access with current contact numbers, allergies, and medical needs.
