Hello Mustangs! My name is Amy Sanford and I am honored to serve the wonderful students, families, and community of Killian Middle School as principal. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue the great work already being done here. To share a little bit about myself… I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and teaching certification from Texas A&M University. I obtained a Masters degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. I have served in public education for 20 years with Allen ISD as assistant principal and also an instructional coach at Ford Middle School. I began my professional career as a high school math teacher and have taught math at every level for 14 years. I also spent time as a math curriculum specialist in the private sector. My husband and I both work in education. We are the proud parents of three amazing children and one new grandbaby! As principal, I am committed to sustaining a positive school culture and ensuring students are in the best position to succeed. I am very excited to share these wonderful middle school years with you and your children.

Hello & Welcome, My name is Cristina Banaban. I was raised in a small town in the panhandle of Texas, before moving to North Texas for college. I earned my Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies and Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas. GO Eagles! I have 15 years of experience in education, which ranges from Kindergarten to High School. I am passionate about inspiring educators and students to thrive in an expanding world of diversity. I aspire to serve in order to promote growth, collaboration and safety. I am beyond excited to be a part of the Killian Middle School Community. Go Mustangs!

Hello Mustangs! I am Jimmy Fuller and I am super excited to be an Assistant Principal at Killian Middle School. This is the beginning of my 15th year in education, all with Lewisville ISD. I started my career in 2009 as a math teacher at Lewisville High School. I taught for 6 years in the classroom before transitioning to the Learning and Teaching department as a Secondary Math Facilitator. I have been proud to serve as assistant principal at Killian Middle School for the past three years. Students at Killian thrive every day in their classrooms. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Middle Tennessee State University, and then earned a Master of Science in Mathematics Teaching from Texas Woman’s University. I am also the proud father of an LISD student.

Welcome Mustangs! I am thrilled to serve as the Class of 2029 assistant principal for their final year in middle school. It is exciting to see how much these students have grown over the years, and I can’t wait to see all they accomplish as 8th graders! This is my 5th year at Killian, 7th year in Lewisville ISD and 22nd as an educator. I received both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from the University of North Texas. It is a privilege to serve the students and families of Killian Middle School. During my career I have served as a special education teacher at both the middle school and high school levels. I then spent 10 years as an educational diagnostician, where I was able to help evaluate students to determine what supports they needed to be successful in the classroom. I believe that all students deserve the opportunity to reach their full potential and I love having the opportunity to share in that journey. I am also the proud parent of an LISD student. 2024-25 is going to be an outstanding school year!
