Career Plans/four-year plans:

Students must create and maintain a Career Plan in Skyward (four-year plan).  The Career Plan is a living document and outlines a student's plans for high school.  Career Plans will evolve and change along with student interests.

Endorsements

Enter high school in pursuit of the Foundations High School Progam Diploma with an Endorsement. An Endorsement is a clustering of 4.0 credits centered around a specific content area (i.e. Band, Foreign Language, Mathematics, Cosmetology, ROTC, etc,). 

There are five Endorsements from which students can choose to achieve their diploma & Endorsement:

• STEM: Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math
• Multidisciplinary (4x4)
• Arts & Humanities
• Business & Industry
• Public Services

*Students will declare one Endorsement each year during the registration process; however, they can pursue and earn more than one Endorsement, as applicable.

Performance Acknowledgements 

Students can earn additional distinctions called Performance Acknowlegements (PA's). Prior to graduation, PA's are listed on the student's transcript indicating specific achievement in areas such as the following:

• Score of 3 or higher on AP test
• Completion of three levels of foreign language with grades of 80+
• PSAT Commended score (taken October of Grade 10)
• 12 hours of Dual Credit with 3.0 GPA or higher
