1. The Guidance Curriculum is delivered in each classroom to help students develop their full educational potential.  It includes academic, career, personal and social development.
    2. Responsive Services are available to students in the form of small group and/or individual counseling when immediate personal concerns or problems put the student's educational, personal or social development at risk.
    3. Through the Individual Planning system, the counselor can help guide students as they plan, monitor and manage their own educational,  personal and social development.
    4. The counselor can further support students, teachers, staff, parents, and community members through theSystem Support component.  This includes some programs such as parent education, PTA, and staff development.
